The Behavioral Health Technician (BHT), IBHS School-Based role is an in-person, full-time position in Montgomery, PA. Pay is $17–$20 per hour, based on education and experience. The technician supports children and adolescents in Diversified Treatment Alternative Centers’ Intensive Behavioral Health Services school-based program. Under clinical staff supervision, the technician provides individual and group behavioral support, implements treatment plans, and helps students build emotional regulation, coping, and social skills. The work supports students’ treatment goals and educational engagement in collaboration with school personnel, clinicians, and families.
