The Certified Nursing Assistant (PRN) — Lilypad role is based onsite in Paducah, KY, with work in the Lily Pad building, on its grounds, and in the community. Pay is $17.99 per hour. The role supports a day health care program for children with special needs and disabilities. Working under the Registered Nurse and Director of Nursing, the assistant provides nursing and daily care while supporting children’s development, safety, and participation in learning activities. The role also monitors health indicators, documents progress, and communicates changes or concerns to nursing leadership.

What you'll do

• Provide nursing assistance and daily care
• support age-appropriate self-care and developmental activities
• assist with personal care, feeding, toileting, and dressing
• monitor vital signs, weight, intake and output, and blood glucose as ordered
• report health or safety concerns to nursing leadership
• document progress
• maintain supplies and a safe environment
• provide emergency care
• support caregivers with education and instruction.
