What you'll do

• Coordinate daily with the construction project manager
• maintain project schedules and lookaheads
• coordinate subcontractors and support staff
• complete daily reports and site photos
• interpret plans and specifications
• monitor workmanship and submittal compliance
• facilitate safety and quality control programs
• maintain government reporting systems
• track punch lists and assist with closeout documents.
