What you'll do

• Prepare and cook food from scratch for short-order or batch-style service
• follow recipes and account for allergens
• garnish catered dishes
• complete temperature, sanitation, and production logs
• clean work areas and maintain prep areas, coolers, shelves, and floors
• ensure food labels are accurate
• report unsafe equipment
• address student or client food concerns
• assist with catering as needed.
