What you'll do

• Access and manage the IDR portal
• review and track cases, disputes, and documentation
• coordinate with accounts receivable, denial management, billing, and compliance teams
• submit supporting documentation and payer communications
• maintain logs and reports
• analyze claim disputes and payer responses
• escalate priority or compliance issues
• coordinate with onshore and offshore teams
• support process improvement, reporting, and audit readiness
• follow HIPAA requirements and organizational procedures.
