What you'll do

• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care
• prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
• provide medication reminders
• perform light housekeeping and laundry
• assist with mobility and transfers
• provide companionship
• transport clients to appointments, errands, or activities
• monitor safety and report changes
• communicate with office staff and families.
