What you'll do

• Welcome customers
• process payments by cash, check, credit card, and other approved methods
• review repair orders and invoices
• reconcile repair orders and cash drawer transactions
• calculate charges
• complete accounting portions of repair orders
• submit closed repair orders and documentation
• return vehicle keys
• answer and route calls
• and maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
