Training and Development Manager

What you'll do

• Develop and execute an enterprise-wide training strategy
• lead and develop training professionals across locations
• design and improve onboarding, safety, compliance, operational, and professional development programs
• build leadership development programs
• partner with HR, Operations, Safety, Engineering, and business leaders to identify skill gaps
• oversee training metrics, systems, vendors, and budgets
• evaluate program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. Occasional business travel of up to 10% may be required.
