The Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) role is onsite in Concord, NH. Compensation is $4,200–$4,600 per month. Pleasant View Center provides skilled nursing care to residents. The LNA supports residents’ daily care and comfort while helping the nursing team maintain a safe, respectful environment. Duties include assisting with activities of daily living, transfers, meals, documentation, and infection-control procedures, and promptly reporting changes in residents’ conditions.

What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, transfers, repositioning, and transportation
• support meal service and document intake
• provide supplements and monitor consumption
• record weights and report skin or condition changes
• maintain timely documentation
• follow infection-control and safety procedures
• support nurses and staff.
