What you'll do

• Clean and maintain public areas including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, elevators, entrances, event spaces, and common areas
• greet guests professionally
• restock restroom supplies and guest amenities
• report cleanliness, maintenance, quality, and safety concerns
• follow lost-and-found procedures
• use and store cleaning chemicals and equipment properly
• organize storage areas and housekeeping carts
• perform deep cleaning and special assignments
• assist with event setup, breakdown, and cleaning as needed
• secure department supplies and assets
• report suspicious activity and security issues
• follow housekeeping procedures, OSHA guidelines, safety standards, and resort policies
• collaborate with housekeeping and other departments.
