Franchise Business Consultant — Bilingual English/Spanish

The consultant supports franchise development and ongoing franchisee success, combining presentations, onboarding, coaching, operational support, client service, and account growth. The role also helps the regional office run efficiently and maintain strong relationships with franchise owners and clients.

What you'll do

• Present franchise opportunities and follow up with prospective franchisees
• assist with disclosure, onboarding, and closing
• coach and train franchise owners
• support documentation, training, insurance compliance, renewals, and records
• handle office calls and inquiries
• maintain account documentation and records
• review statements, payments, invoices, and collection concerns
• manage supplies and inventory
• support local marketing
• assist with client retention, inspections, account startups, and concerns
• identify additional service opportunities
• support quarterly franchise reviews
• and collaborate with regional, sales, accounting, and operations colleagues.
