The Mixer I — A Shift role is onsite in Lowell, MI, with a rotating 223 schedule from 5:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Starting pay is $20.50 per hour. The mixer supports the performance of spice, prep, and testing mix systems by preparing batches accurately and maintaining safe, clean production operations. The work helps keep food production on recipe, documented, and compliant with food-safety and allergen protocols.

What you'll do

• Load ingredients into blenders and operate metering and pumping systems to produce recipes
• operate batch automation systems
• change over and wash machinery between batches while following allergen protocols
• keep the production area clean and organized
• use scanners and inventory software to maintain accuracy and FIFO practices
• requisition ingredients and supplies
• maintain production records
• follow food-safety policies and report concerns
• work flexible hours as needed, including frequent overtime and weekends.
