The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Aggressive High-Intensity Case role is onsite in Greensboro, NC, with pay of $22–$30 per hour. Yes ABA Therapy is seeking an experienced technician for one-on-one applied behavior analysis services for a client with intensive behavioral needs, including significant physical aggression. The RBT implements individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision, helping the client build communication, coping, and daily living skills. The role also supports safe sessions through approved de-escalation strategies, accurate data collection, session notes, and communication about progress and concerns.
