What you'll do

• Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, NDAs, letters of intent, and related documents
• support M&A due diligence by reviewing contracts and corporate records and identifying legal risks
• assist with post-acquisition integration and standardization of processes, templates, and agreements
• prepare and revise contracts
• handle demand letters and other non-litigation matters
• advise on legal and business risks
• coordinate with external counsel
• improve legal workflows and support the General Counsel and Assistant General Counsel.
