What you'll do

• Oversee daily leasing operations and occupancy goals
• monitor leads, tours, applications, conversion rates, and renewals
• ensure timely lead follow-up and accurate lease execution
• manage rental rates, availability, and concessions
• develop marketing campaigns and oversee listings, advertising, and social media
• lead, train, and hold the leasing team accountable
• establish goals and provide weekly reports
• coordinate with other departments
• ensure compliance with company procedures and Fair Housing regulations.
