What you'll do

• Set strategy and growth goals for Payments, SOC, and Federal Services
• track revenue, utilization, margin, headcount, and KPIs
• adapt offerings to regulatory changes
• own key client relationships and escalations
• lead proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations
• improve quality assurance and risk management
• recruit, mentor, and develop staff
• coordinate with other practice leads and firm teams.
