What you'll do

• Coordinate installation processing, service work, order entry, and billing
• schedule and assign work
• confirm orders and communicate with customers and subcontractors
• respond to inquiries
• provide day-to-day direction to installers and technicians
• support audits, safety compliance, inventory control, warranty claims, and accurate paperwork.
