What you'll do

• Lead daily Delta Sky Club operations and service standards. Recruit, train, coach, and develop managers and frontline associates
• manage engagement, performance, and succession planning. Oversee budgets, forecasting, labor, purchasing, inventory controls, and P&L performance. Manage food and beverage quality and presentation
• ensure compliance with company policies, airport requirements, regulations, HACCP, food safety, sanitation, and health department standards. Analyze operational and financial metrics, build partner relationships, and lead training initiatives.
