What you'll do

• Lead maintenance compliance with safety, quality, food-safety, and environmental requirements
• ensure work orders and approvals are complete
• lead shift handovers and communicate maintenance priorities
• review job packages and assign work
• coordinate backlog and priorities with planners and schedulers
• spend at least 60% of the shift on the production floor
• direct and support maintenance work
• manage crew attendance and payroll matters
• document work in SAP
• lead safety meetings, training, and development activities
• support reliability and continuous-improvement initiatives.
