What you'll do

• Handle corporate bankruptcy, restructuring, and commercial litigation matters
• represent creditors, debtors, trustees, receivers, and business clients
• draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and other legal documents
• develop litigation strategies
• conduct legal research and manage case preparation
• participate in hearings, mediations, negotiations, and trial proceedings
• collaborate with attorneys and clients.
