What you'll do

• Prospect and secure new catering clients, especially corporate accounts and recurring opportunities
• develop sales strategies across the group’s brands
• generate leads through networking, outreach, referrals, and visits
• maintain a sales pipeline
• prepare proposals, menus, and pricing
• follow up with clients and identify upsell opportunities
• coordinate confirmed orders with restaurant, catering, and operations teams
• maintain client and sales records
• represent the group at networking and promotional events
• report pipeline activity and sales performance.
