Crisis Worker — Full-Time

What you'll do

• Accept participants at admission, complete documentation, and orient them to facility routines
• observe and respond to changes in mental and physical health
• monitor and support treatment goals
• counsel participants on problems, values, responsibilities, and relationships
• assist with personal futures planning, daily living skills, chores, finances, and cooking
• communicate with treatment-team members and families
• report repairs and safety concerns
• participate in routine facility cleaning and maintenance as assigned.
