Staff Accountant

What you'll do

• Perform account reconciliations and journal entries
• provide monthly journal-entry detail to the Accounting Manager
• process accounts payable documentation and resolve related inquiries
• use Excel to organize data, manage spreadsheets, and assist with budgets and forecasts
• maintain fixed-asset and depreciation schedules
• assist with insurance policy tracking
• maintain records and documentation
• evaluate procedures and support other accounting, financial, or administrative projects.
