Project Coordinator I

The coordinator assists with day-to-day project management across plant construction phases, including permitting, tracking, and closeout. The work helps project teams coordinate agencies, contractors, and internal partners to advance construction activities.

What you'll do

• Support construction project lifecycle activities
• coordinate permit applications, inspections, and approvals with municipal departments
• prepare purchase-order and check requests
• track permits and request extensions
• assist with scopes of work and aerial and underground permitting
• schedule traffic control and no-parking signs
• manage project closeout documentation
• review as-built drawings for billing quantities
• prepare construction notices
• coordinate contractor identification materials
• maintain meeting minutes and map requests
• update project files and workflows.
