The role may serve as charge nurse when the Executive Director and Director of Health & Wellness are absent, and helps maintain safe resident spaces and respond to emergencies.

What you'll do

• Contribute to medication orders, administration, storage, and documentation
• assist residents with self-medication or medication administration
• implement care plans and change-in-condition plans
• document care and complete electronic health records and assessments
• complete incident reports
• maintain relationships with residents and families
• prepare for and manage emergencies
• help ensure appropriately trained staff are available for shifts.
