What you'll do

• Lead day-to-day store operations in partnership with the General Manager

• oversee visual merchandising, inventory control, fulfillment, money handling, and backroom organization
• lead recruitment, onboarding, and training
• maintain safety and legal compliance
• communicate priorities and initiatives with store and regional leadership.
