What you'll do
- Provides daily living assistance including bathing, toileting, grooming, and dressing.
- Records vital signs and collects non-invasive specimens.
- Assists with resident transfers and repositioning.
- Documents care outcomes and communicates changes in resident condition to the charge nurse.
- Maintains clean living areas and assists with wellness and recreational programs.
