What you'll do

• Supervise nursing staff during weekend shifts
• assign staff based on resident acuity and census
• monitor medication administration and infection-control compliance
• ensure adherence to New York State Department of Health regulations
• audit documentation
• communicate with physicians, residents, and families
• respond to clinical emergencies.
