Director of Talent Acquisition

The Director of Talent Acquisition role is onsite in Denver, CO, with a base salary of $150,000–$190,000 per year plus a 15% target annual bonus. FRONTSTEPS is a profitable, high-growth industry leader, and this role partners directly with the CEO to build the company’s recruiting function. This is a hands-on recruiting position responsible for sourcing, assessing, and closing talent across functions and seniority levels. By building pipelines, partnering with hiring leaders, and improving recruiting speed and quality, the director helps address talent needs and reduce agency spend.

What you'll do

• Personally manage full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening through assessment and closing, for individual contributor through VP and executive roles
• proactively source passive candidates and build talent pipelines
• partner with hiring managers to set hiring standards, create scorecards, and run processes
• develop offers using market data, leveling, and offer strategy
• own recruiting operations, ATS, sourcing tools, metrics, and employer brand
• manage time-to-fill and quality-of-hire and reduce agency spend.
