This role is vital for transporting empty trailers to warehouse locations and delivering full trailers to shuttle yard locations, ensuring the safe and timely movement of goods in accordance with DOT regulations.

What you'll do

• Performs required safety checks, drives tractor-trailer or straight truck on intrastate/interstate routes, transports empty and full trailers, communicates professionally with customers and co-workers, follows DOT regulations and safe driving guidelines, completes required paperwork, performs hook/unhook procedures, parks and secures trailers, collects and secures damaged goods, unloads equipment and materials, completes daily record of hours of service, performs general housekeeping duties.
