What you'll do

• Oversee water treatment operations and maintenance
• supervise and develop approximately 12–15 employees
• ensure regulatory compliance
• compile and submit monthly reports to ADEM
• oversee laboratory testing
• enforce safety and operating procedures
• review projects
• identify operational improvements and implement initiatives.
