What you'll do

• Wash, sanitize, and return dishes, glassware, and equipment
• keep the dish area organized
• clean floors, bathrooms, dining areas, and garbage areas
• complete opening, running, and closing side work
• assist with prep, rice, and restocking
• report broken equipment.
