What you'll do

• Manage production staff and department safety
• provide summary data and create and analyze productivity, labor, and overtime reports
• manage department budget goals and make changes to meet metrics
• lead profit and loss review and planning for cost control
• manage staff scheduling and time
• participate in hiring, evaluations, coaching, and development plans
• request process improvements or repairs
• identify, assemble teams for, and lead PDCA activities.
