What you'll do

• Train customers on VisionLink and conduct Customer Digital Reviews
• troubleshoot DNA alerts, data mismatches, and connectivity issues
• set up notifications and PM tracking
• automate reports and support condition monitoring
• coordinate remote troubleshooting, remote flashes, Product Link work orders, technicians, onboarding, subscriptions, and device activation
• communicate digital updates
• assist Service and Rental teams.
