What you'll do

• Coordinate engineering change orders and notifications with internal and external customers
• review change status with internal teams
• prepare weekly customer reports
• maintain SAP master data
• assign document control numbers
• load site-level ISO documents into Agile for review, approval, and release
• maintain current and obsolete revisions and master lists
• control document distribution
• create Agile accounts
• convert documents to non-editable formats.
