Shipping Manager

What you'll do

• Lead daily shipping and receiving operations
• supervise, schedule, train, and coach staff
• maintain procedures for order handling, packaging, labeling, documentation, and returns
• coordinate priorities with Operations, Customer Service, production, inventory, and suppliers
• select and coordinate carriers and resolve delivery issues
• ensure shipping records are accurate
• track shipments and address delays
• monitor accuracy, on-time performance, and costs
• coordinate inventory transfers and supplies
• maintain an organized work area and usable equipment
• ensure staff follow quality, safety, and shipping requirements.
