What you'll do

• Set daily and weekly priorities and assign work
• work alongside, direct, and train employees
• build custom wood crates and pallets
• prepare and verify bills of lading, packing slips, labels, and shipping documents
• stage and verify shipments
• safely load and unload trucks and trailers
• operate forklifts and material-handling equipment
• maintain organized work areas and communicate delays, missing items, damage, and backorders.
