Territory Route Sales Representative

The Territory Route Sales Representative role is onsite in Fort Wayne, IN. Compensation is $19–$22 per hour. Power Play Distributors' representative services assigned store accounts on a set route and schedule. The role grows sales by building account relationships, securing displays and additional product facings, keeping shelves stocked, and providing customer service. Regular merchandising, ordering coordination, and communication about promotions help maintain account performance.

What you'll do

• Follow the set store-frequency schedule
• merchandise and rotate products according to company policy
• sell in additional facings and displays
• organize backroom products and arrange returns of empty pallets and damaged or outdated products
• work with managers on orders using historical data
• communicate promotions and opportunities to store personnel
• complete daily and weekly paperwork.
