What you'll do

• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and networking
• review resumes and conduct initial screenings
• coordinate interviews
• assist with job postings and recruitment marketing
• maintain candidate and recruiting data
• communicate with candidates
• build talent pipelines
• partner with recruiters and hiring managers
• participate in career fairs and university outreach
• assist with onboarding and pre-employment processes
• support recruiting improvements and projects.
