What you'll do

• Counsel individuals, couples, and families on estate plans
• prepare wills, revocable trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives
• coordinate asset titling and beneficiary designations
• represent personal representatives and trustees in probate and trust administration
• address asset collection, valuation, distribution, fiduciary tax compliance, and administrative questions or disputes
• collaborate with Tax, Business, Real Estate, and Litigation colleagues
• build lasting client and advisor relationships.

Why this role

Requires 5+ years of private-practice experience focused on trusts and estates, estate planning, probate, and trust administration; a Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school; and Florida Bar membership in good standing or eligibility and willingness to sit for the Florida Bar Examination. Board Certification in Wills, Trusts & Estates is welcomed.
