What you'll do

• Receive service calls, diagnose problems, perform service and repairs on electronic fire alarm systems and other related building system products.
• Follow troubleshooting procedures, read technical manuals, service/troubleshoot/install various manufacturers’ Fire & Life Safety systems.
• Exhibit excellent customer service, complete service acknowledgements, obtain customer signatures, and participate in on-call rotation.

What we're looking for

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Experience

3 plus years’ experience with fire alarm, access control, security intrusion, sound and communications systems
