Hospice Chaplain — Part-Time

What you'll do

• Support families and communities through anticipatory grief and post-death bereavement
• complete spiritual-needs assessments for hospice patients and families of choice
• serve as liaison to patients’ and families’ faith communities
• respond to patient and family needs
• support clergy and other spiritual caregivers
• build caring relationships that help people draw on identified sources of strength and support.
