Senior Construction Project Manager

The Senior Construction Project Manager role is onsite in Laurel, MD, with possible visits to Washington, DC, and Fort Meade, MD. Compensation is $125,000–$140,000 per year. The project manager leads construction efforts at a large project site, overseeing project delivery, coordinating customers and contractors, and addressing field conditions. The role supports contract execution through schedule and design reviews, submittal review, acquisition support, and preparation of technical responses and cost estimates.

What you'll do

• Oversee construction activities for contracts
• perform project management tasks supporting the COR
• manage construction and service projects
• coordinate with customers and review schedules and designs
• develop solutions to field problems
• review contractor submittals for contract conformance
• support acquisition phases and participate in site visits and joint meetings
• draft technical responses to change orders
• prepare statements of work and cost estimates for contracts and modifications.
