What you'll do

• Manage contents projects from inspection through pack-back
• plan pack-outs, inventory, transportation, cleaning, deodorization, storage, and pack-backs
• supervise technicians and temporary labor
• schedule projects and track timelines
• document contents and identify salvageable items
• coordinate specialty cleaning
• maintain warehouse organization and chain of custody
• communicate with customers and insurance representatives
• assist with estimates and supplements
• track project costs and maintain billing documentation
• ensure safety procedures are followed.
