The manager leads project procurement from handover through closeout, establishing strategies and workflows to provide equipment, subcontracts, and materials in line with project requirements. The role coordinates with project management, legal, quality, engineering, finance, and procurement teams, and manages supplier selection, negotiations, awards, reporting, and delivery.

What you'll do

• Define project procurement and supply-chain workflows
• ensure subcontracts and purchase orders include applicable prime-contract requirements
• negotiate or assist with purchase orders and subcontracts
• build and manage project procurement teams
• resolve contractual disputes
• maintain vendor and subcontractor relationships
• coordinate with legal, risk, compliance, and procurement departments
• travel to offices, meetings, and other locations across North America as required.
