What you'll do

• Manage challenging building enclosure consulting projects and key client relationships
• conduct business development
• review staff work and project construction documents
• mentor and train staff
• prepare budgets, proposals, and reports
• evaluate existing buildings and develop repair designs
• attend project meetings and provide technical expertise
• observe construction for compliance with contract documents, manufacturers’ instructions, and industry standards
• periodically travel outside the Detroit metro area for project assignments.
