What you'll do

• Welcome guests and identify food and beverage preferences
• recommend drinks and share specials
• mix and serve beverages
• check identification for alcohol purchases
• assist with inventory and supply orders
• maintain the bar, walk-in cooler, and liquor room
• follow sanitation, safety, alcohol-control, and ServSafe policies
• open and close the bar
• attend staff meetings, assist with new-hire training, and coordinate shift coverage as needed.
