What you'll do

• Supervise daily warehouse and inventory activities
• oversee receipt, storage, processing, and distribution of supplies and equipment
• process receiving reports and maintain material cost records
• prepare inventory reports and recommend replenishment schedules
• monitor stock levels and conduct physical counts
• identify changing supply needs
• recommend procedure improvements
• identify approved vendors, order materials, and maintain purchasing documentation
• assume warehouse responsibility when the supervisor is absent.
