What you'll do

• Advise nonprofit and tax-exempt organizations on federal tax matters
• counsel on tax-exempt status, unrelated business income, charity and foundation rules, governance, and compliance
• analyze tax issues and develop strategies
• draft and review legal documents and memoranda
• manage assigned matters
• collaborate across practice areas
• monitor relevant tax law and developments.
