Western Hills Assistant Site Director

Job overview

The Western Hills Assistant Site Director role is onsite in Omaha, NE; pay is $17 per hour. The assistant director supports Kids Club operations and reports to the Site Director, with accountability to administrative staff. The role helps ensure children’s safety and well-being and keeps the site operating when the Site Director is absent. It also supports staff, families, and children through supervision, communication, activities, and daily site procedures.

What you'll do

• Support site operations and take responsibility for the site when the Site Director is absent

• maintain in-service hours and locate records
• carry out site procedures
• supervise children and follow up with parents when the director is absent
• attend staff meetings
• help serve snacks and clean up
• order food and milk
• create the after-school snack menu
• prepare an activity
• remain engaged with children.
